Frequently asked questions

Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with directors, producers and artists outside Norway. Most of our communication happens over video, file transfer and feedback on video/mix files — you don't need to be in Oslo to work with us.
What does it cost to commission original music?
It depends on scope. A 30-second theme is a fraction of a feature-length score. Send us a brief description of your project — length, number of cues, ensemble, delivery date — and we will send back a fixed quote.
Do you use live musicians?
Both live and virtual instruments. Many projects can be realised with modern virtual instruments for budget reasons, but we record live strings, winds, brass and vocals in our studio when the project calls for it.
Who owns the music?
We always write a clear contract before starting. For most projects we grant you a full license for use, while we retain copyright. For exclusive or commercial use, we agree on terms upfront.
