01 — What we offer

Vocal rooms tailored
to your voice

Lead vocals

Several vocal rooms for recording lead vocals — from dry and close to more open and airy. We choose microphones, room and signal chain based on the character of your voice and the genre you work in.

Backing vocals and harmonies

Layer upon layer of backing vocals, harmonies and choir parts. Several of our vocal rooms are connected to the same control room, so building up stacks is fast.

Classical solo and choir

Our main studio has a natural reverberation that suits classical vocalists, ensembles and smaller choirs. We can record with room sound or dry for post-production — suited for lieder, opera and sacred repertoire.

Producer in the room

Need someone to push, suggest phrasings or pick takes? A producer is available on request.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?
See our pricing for a full overview, or send us a message and we'll give you a fixed quote before we start.
How do I book?
Send us a message via the contact form, call +47 920 39 045, or email post@mobulamusic.com. We reply within 1–2 days with questions and a fixed quote.
Can I come by first to see the studio?
Yes, absolutely. Many clients want to see the room and meet the engineer before booking. Send us a message and we'll arrange a time that works.
How long does a vocal session take?
A simple lead vocal for one song takes 2–3 hours including setup. Multiple songs or layered harmonies take longer. We'll give you an honest estimate before you book so you don't end up with too much or too little time.
How many takes can I do?
As many as you need within the time you've booked. We recommend multiple takes of each phrase so we can comp the best version in the mix.
What happens after I send the form?
You'll hear back within 1–2 days. We ask a few follow-up questions about your project, suggest an approach, and send a fixed quote. Once you accept, we find a date that works.
